The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Application refers to My App, which can be downloaded from Playstore or App Store.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it, or credit your account with the refund. You can raise a request of refund or replacemnent through APPLICATION & WEBSITE by clicking on REPORT A CONCERN button on that particular order after delivery. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

 

REFUND POLICY

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods SAME DAY of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after THE DAY has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to customers BANK ACCOUNT or WALLET in 6-7 working days and also the following information are needed to be provided:

Full name, Bank Account Number and IFSC Code

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product can be exchanged if you are not satisfied with the quality or if the size is incorrect, provided that such variation or fresher options are available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item the SAME DAY. Exchanges after that will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

Your exchanged product will be processed Once exchange is requested and approved (instantly).

You are given the rights to exchange the item, Once. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

If you choose to exchange an item for one of higher value than the original item, you will need to pay the difference in price. Conversely, if the item you select in exchange has a lower value, we will credit the difference back to you.

You will be updated regarding the status of Refund or Return through our APPLICATION, WEBSITE OR EMAIL, provided that all contact information is recorded to us.
